Hi all,
Well Autumn is up on us and with it comes the rain, but for those of you like myself on your own spring not before time!
Event news……..
The end of summer show went off really well, and those that attended seemed to have fun, even if the weather did threaten all day to pour down with rain, it remained kind and not to many of us got wet! It was just a shame that there were not more people taking part, just the good ‘old’ regulars.
The informal gathering at the Pandy Inn, Dorestone, was very useful and lots of ideas were put into the pot. It was nice to see a few new faces as well as a few familiar ones, it was a shame that a few more people did not come, the food was very good!
Members news…….
Shelly Harris and her horse Cosmic King, had a great weekend at the dressage championships in Lincoln if not a little wet! Shelly and Cosmic King represented our club in great style and were 6th!! Fantastic
Charlotte Drake and Will her son’s horse Ricenrac Oscar, have also represented our club in true style at the dressage to music championships at Addington. They had a fantastic time even if Oscar thought it was not really his style and he’d rather go jumping!
Well done to both Shelly and Charlotte and their trusted steads Cosmic King and Oscar.
Hope to see you at the AGM, remember it’s your club, so your input is vital
